AWCPL Rule Book (English)

1. Introduction

Aarna’s Wings Cricket Premier League (AWCPL) is an initiative of Aarna’s Wings to Fly Foundation, designed to discover and nurture young cricketing talent between the ages of Under 16 years. The league follows standards for leather-ball cricket and provides a professional platform for young players to rise from streets to stadium.

2. Eligibility & Verification

• Age Group: Under 16 years as of 1st September of the season.
• Valid Government Birth Certificate is mandatory.
• Aadhaar Card, School/College ID, and Medical Fitness Certificate are required.
• Any kind of age or document fraud will lead to a 2-year suspension from the league.

3. Playing Conditions

• Match Format: T20 (20 overs per side)
• Ball Type: Leather Ball (BCCI-approved, 5.5 oz.)
• Pitch Length: 22 yards
• Boundary: 65–70 yards
• Dress Code: Team jersey with league logo will be provided by the organizer.

4. Team Registration & Participation

• Minimum 11 players are required to participate in a match.
• Team Captain and Vice-Captain must be declared before the first match.
• Registration will be valid only after successful document verification.

5. Code of Conduct

• Players must maintain discipline on and off the field.
• Use of abusive language, physical aggression, or disrespect towards umpires will result in suspension.
• The “Spirit of the Game” must be upheld at all times.
• Anti-Age Fraud and Ethical Conduct Policy applies to all players.

6. League Structure & Points System

• Win: 2 Points | Tie/No Result: 1 Point | Loss: 0 Points
• Teams with equal points will be ranked by Net Run Rate (NRR).
• Top teams will qualify for the playoffs or finals.

7. Disciplinary Action & Fair Play

• The League Match Referee’s decision shall be final and binding.
• Misconduct may result in warnings, match bans, or disqualification.
• Fair Play Awards will be presented to teams showing outstanding sportsmanship.

8. Organizer’s Rights

Aarna’s Wings to Fly Foundation reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or rules if required due to weather, administrative, or ground conditions.

9. Vision Statement

To provide equal opportunity, discipline, and a professional cricket environment for youth — helping them move from streets to stadium.

10. Player Registration Process

1. Mandatory Registration

• Every player must complete the official online registration form.
• Players must save the registration details and screenshots for future communication.

2. Document Verification

• Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, and Medical Fitness Certificate must be submitted.
• Incomplete or fake documents will lead to automatic disqualification.

3. Official Communication

• All notices will be shared via the Aarna’s Wings to Fly Foundation website and district coordinators.
• Players should stay updated with official announcements regularly.

11. Selection & Training Process

District-Wise Player Registration

• Under AWCPL, at least 200 players will be registered from each district.
• All players must register online and provide verified documents.

District-Level Trials

• After registration, all district trials will be conducted at SGR-M.S.Dhoni Residential Cricket Academy Ground Jamtha Nagpur.
• Players will be evaluated based on skill, fitness, attitude, and discipline.
• All 12 teams going to the Final League will be formed with mixed players if required from all districts, so that every team remains balanced.

Final Selection & Awards

• Best performers will be chosen for the AWCPL Star Team.
• Awards will be presented in categories such as Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best All-rounder, and Emerging Player.

12. Terms & Conditions

Registration Fee and Policy

• Each player must pay a registration fee of ₹999 (non-refundable) during online registration.
• The fee is individual and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Registration is valid only after full document verification.

Impact Club Membership

• Every registered player will receive free membership of the Aarna’s Wings Impact Club.
• Key Benefits (short summary):
• Access to motivational and leadership development programs.
• Opportunities for social contribution and volunteering.
• Recognition as a “Change Maker” in community development.
• No additional charge will be taken for this membership.

Selection and Participation

• All registered players can participate in district-level trials.
• 16 best players from each district will be selected for the final team.
• Non-selected players will receive an official Trial Participation Certificate.
• Disqualified players will get priority registration in the next season.
• Selected players (final 16) will not pay any extra fee until the league concludes.

Refund & Responsibility Clause

• The ₹ 999 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Players are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
• In case of unavoidable situations (weather, administrative delays, etc.), the organizer may modify or reschedule events.

Code of Conduct

• Players must maintain discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship.
• Any violation or misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification.

Organizer’s Rights

• Aarna’s Wings to Fly Foundation reserves the right to amend rules, schedules, or player eligibility as required.
• All decisions by the organizing committee shall be final and binding.

Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters, claims, or disputes related to AWCPL shall fall under the jurisdiction of Nagpur (Maharashtra).

Player Declaration

By completing the registration process, the player agrees to all the above terms and conditions, declares the authenticity of submitted documents, and understands that the ₹ 999 registration fee is non-refundable. Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

2. पात्रता और सत्यापन

• आयु सीमा: 1 सितम्बर तक 16 वर्ष।
• सरकारी जन्म प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य।
• आधार कार्ड, स्कूल/कॉलेज ID और मेडिकल फिटनेस आवश्यक।
• दस्तावेज़ या आयु धोखाधड़ी → 2 वर्ष का प्रतिबंध।

3. खेल की शर्तें

• मैच प्रारूप: T20 (20 ओवर प्रति टीम)
• गेंद का प्रकार: लेदर बॉल (लड़कों 5.5 oz)
• पिच की लंबाई: 22 गज
• बाउंड्री दूरी: 65–70 गज
• ड्रेस कोड: टीम जर्सी (लीग लोगो सहित) आयोजक द्वारा प्रदान की जाएगी।

4. टीम पंजीकरण और सहभागिता

• एक टीम में अधिकतम 16 खिलाड़ी।
• मैच में न्यूनतम 11 खिलाड़ी आवश्यक।
• कप्तान/उप-कप्तान की घोषणा अनिवार्य।
• सत्यापन पूर्ण होने पर ही पंजीकरण वैध।

5. आचार संहिता

• मैदान के अंदर/बाहर अनुशासन आवश्यक।
• अभद्र भाषा, आक्रामकता या अंपायर से असम्मान बर्दाश्त नहीं।
• “स्पिरिट ऑफ द गेम” का पालन अनिवार्य।
• एंटी फ्रॉड पॉलिसी सभी पर लागू।

6. लीग संरचना और अंक प्रणाली

• जीत: 2 अंक | टाई/नो रिजल्ट: 1 अंक | हार: 0 अंक
• समान अंकों पर NRR के आधार पर रैंकिंग।
• शीर्ष टीमें प्लेऑफ़ में जाएँगी।

7. अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई और फेयर प्ले

• मैच रेफरी का निर्णय अंतिम।
• अनुशासनहीनता → चेतावनी / मैच बैन / अयोग्यता।
• फेयर प्ले अवार्ड उन टीमों को जो उत्कृष्ट व्यवहार दिखाएँ।

8. आयोजक के अधिकार

Aarna’s Wings to Fly Foundation को मौसम, मैदान की स्थिति या प्रशासनिक कारण से कार्यक्रम/नियमों में बदलाव का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

9. उद्देश्य

युवाओं को समान अवसर, अनुशासन और पेशेवर क्रिकेट माहौल प्रदान करना — ताकि वे “सड़कों से स्टेडियम तक” पहुँच सकें।

10. खिलाड़ी पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया

1. पंजीकरण अनिवार्य

• ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना आवश्यक।
• फॉर्म के बाद QR कोड एवं डिजिटल ID मिलेगी।
• रसीद/कन्फर्मेशन सुरक्षित रखना आवश्यक।

2. दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन

• आधार, जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, मेडिकल फिटनेस अनिवार्य।
• फर्जी दस्तावेज़ → तत्काल अयोग्यता।

3. ज़िला पंजीकरण

• प्रति ज़िला कम से कम 200 खिलाड़ी।
• कम संख्या पर पड़ोसी ज़िलों को शामिल किया जा सकेगा।
• पूरी प्रक्रिया District Coordinator की देखरेख में।

4. भागीदारी शुल्क

• ₹999 नॉन-रिफंडेबल।
• पेमेंट प्रमाण अपलोड करना आवश्यक।

5. आधिकारिक संचार

• वेबसाइट और जिला समन्वयकों के माध्यम से सूचनाएं जारी होंगी।

11. चयन प्रक्रिया एवं प्रशिक्षण नियम

1. जिला नोंदणी

• कम से कम 200 खिलाड़ी।

2. जिला स्तरीय ट्रायल

• कौशल, फिटनेस, अनुशासन के आधार पर चयन।
• फ़ाइनल लीग में जाने वाली सभी 12 टीमें, आवश्यकता पड़ने पर, सभी जिलों के मिश्रित खिलाड़ियों से बनाई जाएँगी, ताकि हर टीम संतुलित सके।

4. मुख्य लीग प्रतियोगिता

• नागपुर में लीग का आयोजन।
• 11 जिलों की टीमें प्रतिस्पर्धा करेंगी।

5. अंतिम चयन एवं पुरस्कार

• Best Batsman
• Best Bowler
• Best All-Rounder
• Emerging Player

12. नियम एवं शर्तें

पंजीकरण शुल्क

• ₹999 नॉन-रिफंडेबल।
• हस्तांतरित नहीं किया जा सकता।

Impact Club सदस्यता (फ्री)

• सभी चयनित खिलाड़ियों के लिए फ्री।
• लीडरशिप, मोटिवेशन कार्यक्रम।

चयन नीति

8. आयोजकांचे अधिकार

Aarna’s Wings to Fly Foundation ला हवामान, मैदान किंवा प्रशासनिक कारणांमुळे वेळापत्रक/नियम बदलण्याचा पूर्ण अधिकार आहे.

9. उद्दिष्ट

तरुण क्रिकेटपटूंना योग्य संधी, शिस्त आणि व्यावसायिक क्रिकेट वातावरण देऊन त्यांना “रस्त्यांपासून स्टेडियमपर्यंत” पोहोचवणे.

10. खेळाडू नोंदणी प्रक्रिया

1. नोंदणी अनिवार्य

• ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरावा.
• QR कोड व डिजिटल ID मिळेल.
• नोंदणी तपशील सुरक्षित ठेवणे आवश्यक.
