- The process to become a registered member is as follows.
(a) Registered members must be at least 18 years old.
(b). Any individual who desires to become a Registered Member can do so by visiting the organization’s website and filling out the registration form which includes personal details such as name, address, contact information, and other relevant information. They must submit KYC documents, including:
- Identity Proof: Government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, national ID card).
- Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement with the current address.
- Photograph: A recent passport-sized photo.
(c) The completed registration form and KYC documents should be submitted online through the organization’s portal.
(d) The organization will review the submitted information for authenticity, which may involve cross-checking against government databases or contacting the individual for clarification.
(e) Once verification is complete, the organization will notify the applicant of their membership approval via email or phone.
(f) After successful registration and orientation, new members should pay a registration fee of Rs.2100/- as a donation. After payment, members will receive a membership ID along with various items and key benefits included in the membership perks
(g) New Registered Members may then be invited to an orientation session to learn about the organization’s mission, values, activities, and membership benefits.
(h) Registered members can then participate in organizational activities, programs, or campaigns and receive regular updates and communications from the organization.
- The process to become a “Business Club Member” is as follows.
A Business Club Member should be a registered member of the organization after fulfilling the formalities required for the registration process. Additionally, a Business Club Member should pay a registration fee of Rs.3100/- as a donation, and members will receive a tax benefit form from the organization. Members can present this form to the tax department to receive a 50% tax rebate under sections 12A and 80G.

(b) Scope:

These policies apply to all individuals associated with the organization, including employees, volunteers, members, and guests.
(c) Definitions:

Discrimination: Unfair treatment of an individual based on characteristics such as race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or other protected statuses.

Harassment: Unwelcome behavior that creates a hostile or intimidating environment, which may include verbal, physical, or visual conduct.
(d) Prohibited Conduct:

Any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to:

Verbal abuse or threats

- Bullying or retaliation against individuals who report such behavior
(e) Reporting Mechanism:

Violations of these policies may result in disciplinary action, which can include counselling, warnings, suspension, or termination of membership or employment.
(h) Training and Awareness:

Regular training sessions will be conducted to educate all members and staff about anti-discrimination and harassment policies, ensuring awareness and understanding of their rights and responsibilities.

4. The organization will periodically review its terms and conditions to ensure they remain relevant and in compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies. Proposed changes may arise from legal updates, operational needs, feedback from members, or best practices. Before any changes are made, the updated terms and conditions will be reviewed and approved by the organization’s management or governing body prior to implementation.
